Yes but it's not the same as Budokia. Updates have made it more fun but it's still just not as fun playing locally like we were used to as kids.

Yes there is and it's amazing. It's the best fighting game hands down like oh wow man. You need to try this. This game blows Street Fighter 6 out of the water. I will be selling SF6 ASAP. ohhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhh
