“I picked up my preorder today and didn’t receive the preorder code. Anyone else have this issue? I’ve went to the store I picked it up and they couldn’t help me, chatted with support and they told me to contact Bandai Namco & I called customer service”

Because of Best Buy's guideline I can't name specific websites, but contact the manufacturer's (BN) live chat support. You'll need to create an account for the chat button to show up on the bottom right of the web page. Go through the bot assist messages to connect to a live agent. Explain the situation. They should then ask you to upload your receipt/proof of purchase. After they verify, they should drop the pre-order bonus code in the chat.
