• Yes, though I think it requires being a level in the high 80's or low 90's? I also know that you have to talk to Whis to get it. There may be more to it, so you can search youtube and they will have the breakdown of how to get it.

• Goku’s playable Super Sayian God character is avalible if thats what your refering to.. There isn’t a super sayian god transformation available for your created character.
