Best Buy lies to its customers! Yet another Best Buy preorder that had the steelbook when I ordered months ago and miraculously is now missing the steelbook at pickup. The store manager tried to spin it as being MY fault, saying I did something wrong at the time of the preorder. So I asked him where everyone else's steelbook was if that was true. He then walked away. Best Buy is a joke and I'm tired of being lied to by these people. I canceled the order and I'm reporting to the BBB. Yes it's only a steelbook but I would've preordered with Amazon if Best Buy hadn't offered the steelbook. Being lied to is being lied to. Oh and they deleted my 1 star review.
Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.After being reassured that I would get the Steelbook from chat online, with transcripts. My local best buy didn't have them and couldn't fulfill my order. A nice young lady was able from the system order it for in store pick up but I had to pay $10. Which isn't a problem but it's the principle of the matter.
