- Answer yes, however make sure your order has the steelbook in it. Preordering it closer to release date doesn't guarantee the steelbook as best buy sometimes has a "first come first serve" basis, which is odd

QuestionI couldn’t find the steel book in the description after preordering it but every article says that you get it so I pre ordered it now. So I was wonder if I still can get it or did I have to ask for it?

- Answer Best Buy lies to its customers! Yet another Best Buy preorder that had the steelbook when I ordered months ago and miraculously is now missing the steelbook at pickup. The store manager tried to spin it as being MY fault, saying I did something wrong at the time of the preorder. So I asked him where everyone else's steelbook was if that was true. He then walked away. Best Buy is a joke and I'm tired of being lied to by these people. I canceled the order and I'm reporting to the BBB. Yes it's only a steelbook but I would've preordered with Amazon if Best Buy hadn't offered the steelbook. Being lied to is being lied to. Oh and they deleted my 1 star review.

QuestionI see people recommend to make sure the steelbook is in the details. When using the app, it shows Free Gift Digital POB included. When using the website, it shows nothing included. Normally the steelbook shows as the Free Gift, does it not?

- Answer make sure your order says the steelbook is included. Sometimes best buy has a first come first serve basis. I preordered FFXII Rebirth and did not get a steelbook because they "ran out". If i were you id order it to ship as from what i know you will get the steelbook.

- Answer I was wondering this also so I contacted a "professional shopper," which you can do right through the site online, and I asked them about this and if it was in stock?? And she helped me make sure the order came with the steelbook and the POB! Ask a shopper during work hours to help you set up the pre-order and they will make sure all of it is included, with receipts!!

- Answer Lol, no to getting it early! But they saud yes you will be able to purchase the upgrades and DLC seperate once available.. Not sure when that is though....
