A:AnswerDidn't show up here either on the order, chatted with a rep and they stated to "rest assured" the steel book would be included. We'll see how that pans out, but at the moment, I'm taking them at their word.
A:AnswerNot sure, but I ordered the steelbook online and when I got it it didn't have the disk in it. Then several days later I got another package and it was the regular game case with the disk in it. Odd they did it that way.
