Not sure, but I ordered the steelbook online and when I got it it didn't have the disk in it. Then several days later I got another package and it was the regular game case with the disk in it. Odd they did it that way.

I later received an email from Best Buy saying that the steelbook was supposed to have been included and hadn't been so they sent it in a separate package when I received the game. Seems like there was some disorganization at the start so they might have you one somewhere, even if you have to call their support line to get it shipped to you.

Also, when I initially pre-ordered it, they didn't have the steelbook included. They added it to my order a fee days later with an email stating that they basically forgot to add it when I pre-ordered.

Good on you for opting for pickup- I also preordered for the same reason, and find myself with the case arriving on launch day, but the game itself has been delayed til next week. Same thing happened w/ Elden Ring. Never going w/ the delivery option again.
