• No. You cannot play this particular version without the PSVR connected. You would have to purchase the non-VR version instead. I would recommend playing the standard version anyway unless you don't mind a very blurry (although unique and immersive) experience on the PSVR.

• Unfortunately, no. It is exclusive to PSVR. You can buy the normal version of Driveclub though.
