I had the same problem with my BMW. Some days it says not compatible and some sites say it is. I talked to 3 of the installer that DroneMobile site refers and 1 said I can’t use DroneMobile on my BMW and the other 2 said I could but it’s functions would be limited. All I needed was tracking and I am able to track my BMW with DroneMobile.
