• A:Answer I don't think they are. I think once they are gone, aftermarket will be the only option. That's what happened with ps3. The playstation website still has some.

Q: QuestionI've had two of these controllers and a charging station for several years now. Gradually they are getting to where they won't hold a charge for more than a couple of hours. Can the batteries be replaced or is replacing the controller the only option?

• A:Answer Unfortunately replacing the controller is the only option. And be careful what you're using to charge because we had a charger that killed our controllers... over a few months they would hold less and less charge and then just wouldn't hold a charge at all.

• A:Answer Yes it can but make sure you connect the charger cord (USB) to the PS3 ! So make sure the controller is plugged in the ps3 in order to work but it won’t work wirelessly only through wire !

• A:Answer Look for CUH-ZCT2U. Visually, you can tell because the back side of the controller will match or closely resemble the front of the controller. i.e. Old controller --> Red front, black in the back. New Controller --> red in the front, slightly lighter shade of red in the back.

• A:Answer There is 2 ways, via USB or Bluetooth.... USB method: 1. Use a Micro-USB cable to connect the PS4 controller to your Mac. 2. Press the PlayStation button in the middle of the gamepad (to turn it on). 3. On your Mac, Choose Apple > About this Mac. 4. Click System Report. 5. Choose USB. 6. Look for Wireless Controller under USB. 7. If you can see Wireless Controller (it's called "wireless" even though it's connected via a cable), then your PS4 controller is connected to the Mac. It'll now work with any compatible games. Bluetooth method: 1. On your Mac open "system Preferences" (Apple menu > System Preferences). 2. Click Bluetooth. 3. Put the PS4 controller in Discovery Mode by holding down the 4. PlayStation button and Share button at the same time. 5. The light on the front of the controller will flash quickly, and 6. 6. Wireless Controller will appear in the Bluetooth window. Click Pair. 7. The device will now say connected.
