“Duracell is modified sine wave. Is it safe to run a full size refrigerator since this model is not pure sine wave? Is it possible there could be long term damage to the refrigerator? There is monthly power loss where I live.”

The PowerSource can safely provide power to most appliances. In order to check if your refrigerator can run safely when using the modified sine wave the PowerSource produces, please check with the manufacturer of your refrigerator as there are some models that can only function when using pure sine wave power.
