Q: QuestionIs there a way to Hide and or create pages ? I would like to hide the apps page (but I do not see how to do that) I would also like to create a page is this possible?

- A:Answer Hi Jjohnson, Please try below operations to add a New Page to the Home Screen. - Long-press on an empty area of the home screen to enter edit mode. - Select "Home Screen Settings" or "Add Page". - If the existing pages are full, the system will automatically create a new page; alternatively, you can manually drag an app or widget to the edge of the screen to trigger the creation of a new page. Q: QuestionHOW CAN I RESET MY 32" ROLLABLE DG3200RTV SMART TV WITHOUT THE REMOTE CONTROL

- A:Answer You may not be able to, because the manufacturer's OS was not well-considered. The tablet ships with a voice-controlled keyboard, rather than an actual working on-screen keyboard. The voice-controlled keyboard fails, and in any event doesn't work for entering PINs. But resetting the device requires entry of a PIN. You cannot fix this, because doing so would require using a different keyboard. But using a different keyboard requires you to login to the Google Play Store... which you cannot do because the keyboard doesn't work. The failure of the manufacturer to include a working on screen keyboard with their tablet is a significant design defect. Your best opportunity for relief is to sue the manufacturer and Best Buy, or write your Senator and demand legislation protecting people from products that ship broken and without easily-serviceable parts and software.

Q: QuestionI just picked up this unit today In hopes of using for retreats throughout the year.It iseems portable, but seeing all the steps needed to assemble, the disassemble looks like it will not be simple. Any ideas on an easier way to breakdown?
