Questioncan this converter work with t.v?i have a toshiba t.v and am travelling to the middle east. i would like to know will this adaptor work with my t.v , since best buy reccomend it. the specifications on the product do not mention use on televisions.

- Answer Did not use it with a tv, but I can't imagine that it could not be used because there would be an alert if you couldn't use it.

- Answer Since there are different connections for South American countries, I recommend finding out which one is in use where you will be travelling an comparing it to the chart in the Quick Setup Guide. Questiondoes it work with x-box 360already bought it from best buy and told me it will work in egypt.as soon as i plugged it in a sound like explosion was heard so i took it off quickly.i don't know if this damaged my x-box and don't know if it's a defect in this adapter/converter

- Answer While this adapter should work in Egypt without issue, it is intended for use with small appliances, not advanced electronics like an XBox.

QuestionCan I use this with an HP Laptop?I bought this converter because I will be traveling in Spain and wanted to use it to charge my HP laptop. My charger plug has 3 prongs, but I noticed the converter only has 2. Is there any other Dynex set that would work for me?

- Answer i used it to charge my ipod with a usb charger. im not sure its suitable for a laptop. it does come with adaptors so spain should be fine. not sure id chance charging a laptop. if you do id check it often for overheating and not leave it unattended.
