• 15 amps. The NEMA configuration is a 5-15. However just because the face is a 15 Amp configuration it is still legal with code to install this device on a 20 Amp circuit such as a kitchen or dining room.

• Based on the layout of the prongs, it's for connected devices no greater than 15amp. That is not the same as saying whether it can be used on a 20 amp circuit.
