- Answer Just use your charger. The standard usb side is plugged into the charger and the lighting side to your iPhone.

QuestionQuit working after second chargeI've charged this over night and now when I plug my phone in to it nothing happens. Blue light was on when I unplugged it from outlet but it will not charge my phone anymore. Any trouble shooting tips????

- Answer Drain the battery fully use all of the battery before you try to recharge it or it will not take a full charge.

QuestionHow do i charge my iP4S w/ my Portable Power?I have a green Portable Power (PP) & I've read the answers to these questions, so I know how to charge my PP. what I can't figure out is how to then use my PP w/ my iP4S.

- Answer Use your ip4s charging cable and plug the sub end into the charger and the phone end into the phone. It should start charging right away.

QuestionThe DX 2602 charged my phone great. How do I determine how much, if any charge is left in the unit?My reason for asking is that if the unit is not fully discharged after use I am afraid it will develop a memory and will only recharge to a point that is left in it after use. There are no indicators lit when it is not in use (charging or being recharged)., or should I go ahead and recharge the unit after each use?

- Answer I am a senior citizen, and I am usually lost in this world of electronic gadgets. My grandkids have to explain things about my cel phone, computer, etc... and I was able to figure out how to use the Dynex charger with absolutely no problem.

QuestionHow long does the charger last ?I'd to buy it to use in an international flight (which is about 15 hours). How many times can I use the charger ? I have no idea about the 2000mA hours as the description said but I assume the charger doesn't last long. Maybe after one or two times charging it will run out the "energy".
