A:AnswerThese did have a clear "sleeve" going across the front & back. You would open it flat to slide an insert between the case & the sleeve. We have transitioned 90% of our movies from regular cases to these slim cases and saved a ton of shelf space. You will need to trim the edge(s) of the insert if you're transferring it from a regular case to these slim cases.
A:AnswerIf you buy the Memorex brand case inserts it often comes with the software you need to make a label. Otherwise, Nero has their Cover Designer software that you could also use.
