“I bought a cooler master mh-320 the headset jack works because it has the same standard as my Xbox one 3.5 mm Jack. However my mic output jack is a OMTP standard I’m pretty certain that this is an OMTP to CTIA adapter but I just wanted to make sure.”

I bought this for the exact same purpose, and I can confirm it meets the Xbox One controller's standards. There is no feedback when using it with that controller.
