• I think you mean optical fiber, sometimes called toslink or spdif; if so you'll need a converter like these.

• If it doesn’t have an audio stereo jack, you can get an RF wireless headphone with either A/V plug (if your tv has one), or optical (if the RF wireless phone has one).
