I don't think so. Typically from my understanding is that video playback is not capable through the usb format. That requires an HDMI interface.

USB cords are almost always used for charging and data transfer, I do not know of any scenarios where they can transmit live audio and video data. I would recommend doing some more research. See if your tablet has a micro HDMI port. You could get an adapter which would allow you to connect it to your tv via HDMI cable.
