“I have two (2) 1080 monitors and wish to switch between them when on my computer. One I use when doing my work and the other (much larger in size) when I want to watch a movie or cable TV program. Will this device work for that?”

No. This device is designed for switching between multiple inputs to one output. For example, one TV screen and switching between DVD player and laptop as the input source. The picture of the product shows three ports labelled as "in" and one port labelled "out."
