“Your info says this is USB-C to USB-C cable but the photo is USB-A male to USB-A male. Which is it? I believe only USB-A cables are charge and/or transfer fast charge”

This is definitely as described. It's USB-C to USB-C and it's fully USB-C with charge and sync as well as fast charge. I'm using it with an Insignia - 45 W 2-Port USB-C Wall Charger (Model: NS-MWC45W2W) and a Samsung Galaxy S22 Ultra. It works very well.
