Question(55" JS8500 Samsung) - I checked before purchasing to ensure this would work/fit but no combination of the provided hardware works. The M8 X 16mm are too short, the M8 X 25mm are too long. Can someone point me where I can get other spacers or screws?

- Answer I am currently dealing with this same issue but with the 65". The box only came with 1 size spacer(4 of them) and they do not fit with the screws to the bracket. They are either too long or too short. Did you find a solution to this Milo? If you did, please share!

- Answer As long as the TV is VESA compliant (Flat Display Mounting Interface (FDMI) - mounting holes on the back of the TV), then yes, this mounting bracket will work.

- Answer Yes, you just have loosen the two small screws on the TV bracket. Not the bracket that mounts on the wall.

QuestionI purchased a Dynex Full Motion Mount (47”-75”) and the B1 screws were missing. What are the specifications of those “lag bolts”? That info should be on the product manual, but it’s not.

- Answer These bolts are standard 1/2" hex head wood screws with 1/4" course thread x 2" long. You can get these at any Home Depot or Hardware store.

QuestionInstalled the mount and insured it was level. After hanging the TV it's not perfectly even and it doesn't appear to have an adjustment to bring one side up a bit. Any suggestions?

- Answer Make sure the screws to the TV are in the exact same holes and at the same level. If one of the round holes works for you use it.

- Answer Simple look at the back of the mount and you will find two screws that hold the TV to the mount. Take them out and lift the TV up straight and it is free of mount.

QuestionI need to center my tv in a 48 inch space. My studs are 6 and 10 inches from the center. If I mount the wall plate to the studs (off centered), can I mount the tv off centered on the wall bracket so the tv will then be centered in my allotted space?

- Answer You can but the tv might lean to one side. You could put two 2×4 across the studs than center the bracket, I did that for a 70 in tv, studs were off center also.

- Answer Do not mount your TV in areas that are too hot or too cold, because the cabinet may warp or the screen may malfunction.
