The cases snap closed, so they do not open unless you deliberately open them. They resist bending, so they provide protection for the DVD inside. Each jewel case is slightly thinner in overall size than another brand of jewel cases that I bought at Sam's Club a year earlier.
Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.Depends how you're going to use them. The corners that hold the top and bottom together are somewhat fragile, so I wouldn't throw them around or be too rough with them. If you're careful opening the case, you shouldn't have any problems.
Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.They are just made of plastic. I have used them for years, but I just use to store DVD's and CD's around the house. I do not use them anywhere that they would be subject to any type of "abuse". I think they could crack easily if dropped or stepped on.
