• This is not a pass-thru power bank, meaning it cannot charge a device at the same time it is being charged. It's one or the other.

• No and it doesn’t keep more then 5 minutes of charge it sucks

• Your question is not clear, if you have a free usb port you can charge the power bank whether or not you have other items being powered from other usb ports. If you are asking if you can power an item from the bank while it's being charged, why? just use the item from the usb port and then charge the bank after. If neither of those answers your question then you wil need to reword your question so it makes sense.
