This is an A/V cable. It will carry the signal of both the left and right audio signals AND the video signal. There is a common ground, the sleeve, and there are 3 signal paths, the left, the right and the video. TRRS = Tip, Ring, Ring, Sleeve.3 signal paths and a common ground.
