This cable is an extension cable. It has one male end USB 2.0 A and one female end USB 2.0 A. If you already have a printer cable then I would say yes but if you don't have a printer cable it will not work. Attached is the picture of a standard printer cable. Look at the back of your printer to confirm the shape of the port. It will be the shape of the cable on the right USB "B" side. The 2.0 A is the regular USB size that you normally see. Almost looks like a 3.1 USB port but 3.1 USB ports are usually colored blue with an internal bottom and has a higher file transfer rate. The USB "B" side is what you got to verify.
