Don’t think so. Think of it the way, more complicated but to simplify, think Display Port is a powered port and HDMI is not. So you can take a display port out and “downgrade” it to an HDMI. You can’t take HDMI and “upgrade” it to display port, it requires additional power source. It usually has a separate USB connection for power, a Y connector, a USB and HDMI on one side and the other end is DisplayPort. They are usually $35-$50.
