Yes, it only uses the two upper mounting holes and has plenty of spacing for the width. I have hung both a 32” and a 43” TV with these mounts. They come with all the needed hardware and spacers. Very easy to install.

Yes, of course, it is for TV from 13 "to 50" and I recommend it, it is very practical and easy to install
