- Answer If you use a high output charger, I haven't seen any issues with the phone. I use rather than car charger that doesn't work as long.

- Answer This model accepts a USB charger, if you are able to connect to a USB wall adapter that can provide 5V to the battery pack then it will work on 240 Volts.

- Answer The unit turns purple once it's fully charged. It's kind of hard to see but it does turn purple. The red light goes away when it's charged.

QuestionHas anyone had problems with the initial charge?I have tried charging this device on two separate computers and with a universal plug in the wall. It has not charged at all and the red light stays steady but has yet to change to blue after an OVERNIGHT charge. Did anyone else have this problem?

- Answer My 2 chargers have never gone to a blue light, but it does charge both my cell phone and i pad. Try charger with no lights on.

- Answer Enough charge for a phone but not enough to change a tablet. You could run you tablet off of it for a period of time.

- Answer the plug that came with the portable charger is a dual plug. you use the usb in the portable charger when you connect it to your laptop or desktop to charge the portable device while having the small end plugged into the portable charger. in order to charge your phone you swap ends to use the other end (small) end in your phone while having the usb end plugged into your portable charger.
