• It works on all TVs. However there’s a chance you will not get all of the free air channels due to reception issues. I wasn’t able to pick up signals for quite a few channels and I live in CA. I would not recommend an antenna if you live far from the signal source.

• It is. I don't have cable...but I have a smart tv...this gave me all of my local channels and then some extra channels as well.
