Try to use an adapter like the Apple - Lightning Digital A/V Adapter - Model: MD826ZM/A to connect your iPhone into the HDMI input on your projector.

Not sure. I needed to use a dual monitor setup from my laptop. My laptop only had one HDMI and tried this and it worked great.
