Most cordless phones use a soldered together pack of 3 batteries with a tiny connector. These are not suitable for that application.

Yes, as long as your specific phone uses AAA batteries.

Yes they will work for that. When I openend my home fones pack the batteries were the same like these. You may use them.

Look inside and see if the batteries it came with are AAA and NiMH. If so, these will work perfectly. If not, as long as they're AAA, they will probably work fine, but it's not 100% sure. If they're AA, you will need AA size; these are AAA and will not fit.
