Does case have auto wake/sleep function? null

Just checked mine and yes. When you push the flap over the screen the display shuts off. When you open the flap the display lights back up again.

This case puts the tablet into sleep mode when closed and wake it when opened.

Yes. It will lock the iPad screen when closed, and opens when the cover is removed.
