• No place for the pencil on this cover. It’s a very nice protective case cover. I have the blue cover. I’m very happy with the purchase from Best Buy. Very good price too. I checked around too.. The case protects the front and the back of an iPad very well.

• No pencil holder on this iPad. Second it’s a good protective cover for an iPad against scratches to the front and back of the iPad. Great value.
