• Yes it will improve the sound. It is not made to produce what a home theater system would. You get what you pay for.

• The Dynex Soundbar System is okay, but not great. For those seeking a budget soundbar, I recommend the Insigna 2.1 channel soundbar, which includes a wireless subwoofer. The sound performance of the Insignia is outstanding and is comparable to soundbars costing much more.
