• No it doesn't. You have to purchase separately.

• Mine didn't it just came with a 3.5mm jack and a composite audio cable.

• It does NOT. It only includes 2 connections. input. I had to buy the other Digital audio cable. It costs 19.95. They have 1 fore 4.99...but the guy at Best buy said it was no good. I just installed the 19.95 cable and it works great. I also just bought a Sub Woofer. WOW

• No it doesn't, but either the optical or aux are cheap cables so yeah.
