“New RCA 42" TV/bad sound Will a sound bar bring more clarity to the sound, & get rid of high pitch hisses on my new RCA 42" TV? I've had Time Warner techs here twice & they told me the only thing I can do is inform RCA/WalMart of my problem or install a sound bar.”

• The sound bar should improve the sound because it has it's own amplifier.

• Plug in a decent set of headphones. If they sound good, then you can expect the sound bar to sound good.

• This is an inexpensive fix. You can mute your tv & listen to the soundbar.
