Yes it will fit your 32" Roku TV, I bought this online: Dynex™ - Swivel TV Wall Mount for Most 13" - 32" TVs - Extends 7.5" - Black , however; it does NOT come with the 25mm screws that attach to the back of the TV. I had 25mm screws from a previous TV wall mount and they fit my TV. It's a good product for the price, I recommend it if you don't mind the missing screws.

This unit has will accommodate most 32 inch flat screen TVs, but without an exact model number to go by, a 100% confirmation is not possible. Please provide the model number of the TV you are trying to mount.
