QuestionThe screws are too long that go through the back of the mount and tv. Actually, I think we got the wrong screw package.

- Answer I had a similar problem, but was able to use the included bolts by adding a spacer (also included). That allowed enough of the bolt to be screwed into the TV to be secure.
