A:AnswerWe did not see the combs and non slip mat in our package and were disappointed. We though we were ordering the same item as the one on dyson website. The special edition model is $50 more expensive. If ordered from dyson website you get 2 combs and slip mat. But bestbuy charges the same premium and you don’t get the special edition. Now it’s too late for us to return. We feel scammed. We don’t understand why dyson would allow this discrepancy. There should not be calling it special edition and use same title as Dysons website. In the end this is not Best Buy’s mistake, but Dysons. It erodes the user trust in the brand name.
A:AnswerI went and looked for what you were asking about and I only see the one air wrap complete set. I don’t see on dysons web anything about a “2” they show the whole set then another one that just simply seems to have a thin travel pouch but its the same accessories. Hope that helps! If anything this thing is so worth the money and I love it!! I normally just pull my hair up and don’t bother doing my hair cause I have thin hair and curling irons seem to do more damage to my hair. I actually do my hair more now than I have before.

A:AnswerI wouldn’t recommend using this in Europe. The voltage is rated for 120, so it’s not technically restricted but, the 240v coming from Europe outlets might fry the device.
