Hi Marcus, This is Miella from Dyson. While the articulating hard floor tool is flat enough to get under a standard height bed, it may not be effective on carpet. Hope this helps! Miella Dyson Customer Support
Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.Yes this will fit fine. If you don't have the adapter for the newer Dyson you'll need it to attach this to the hose and also when you say carpet I'll assume you mean area rug as this is clearly not a carpet or rug tool.. hence the title
