“Will this work with a V7 model? I'm looking for an attachment that will work on wool carpets. Just installed new wool carpets to find out I can't use a beater bar and my model doesn't offer the option to turn it off. So, I'd like to find an attachment.”

Hi Barb, this is Kelly with Dyson. The articulating hard floor tool does not connect as-is to the Dyson V7 cord-free. It would work with an adaptor, which we carry on our website. We do also offer the soft roller head, which is another floor tool you can use with the cord-free machines. That features a soft roller, with no bristles, and that tool was engineered specifically for your bare floors. Best wishes, Kelly Dyson Customer Support
