• Yes, as long as your hardwood floors are installed correctly. Some of our floors are polished concrete and this vacuum really works great on both the concrete and the carpets.

• Totally safe! Just don't run the brushes on the floor. Its not good for the tile. There should be a spin button next to the power. Hope this helps!1

• Yes it works great on hardwood floors. The way the head is made lets you go from carpet to hardwood without having to adjust anything. You can also turn off the brush in the head with a button next to the on/off switch and only have suction so you dont have to have have the brush turning if you dont need it.
