Hello Okeh, this is Kelly with Dyson. If you have a Dyson Ball Animal 2 that was purchased new, it will include a free 5-year guarantee, that is provided through Dyson. Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.They do not repair the vacuum; you will instead receive a new replacement vacuum (the same model as what you had). Generally, if that model is no longer available, you will either receive a similar-featured model or receive a credit to put toward a new vacuum of your choosing. Be sure to talk to customer service about your options/what the process is is, as depending on the contract plan, this can vary.
