Hello Okeh, this is Kelly with Dyson. If you have a Dyson Ball Animal 2 that was purchased new, it will include a free 5-year guarantee, that is provided through Dyson. Anything that you have through Best Buy via Geek Squad would be provided through them. We do assist with repairs, please feel free to contact us directly at [email protected]. Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.They do not repair the vacuum; you will instead receive a new replacement vacuum (the same model as what you had). Generally, if that model is no longer available, you will either receive a similar-featured model or receive a credit to put toward a new vacuum of your choosing. Be sure to talk to customer service about your options/what the process is is, as depending on the contract plan, this can vary.
