Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.The unit from the USA, out of the box, is a 120V unit with the plug that fits it. You could probably buy a transformer that you could plug into the outlet in the Philippines that steps it down but if it's 50hz in the Philippines that could be an issue. I'd check with Dyson to see if one is made for the power you need. Since the company is based out of England I'm guessing they've got it figured out.

Therefore, a U.S. machine will operate on 110-120 volts. The machines are not mulit-voltage. Best Wishes, Krystal Dyson Customer Service
