It will definitely end up with all kinds of hair in the brush roll and no it isn't easy to clean. I had brand new carpet and using it twice it was wrapped with all kinds of carpet fibers. Check out a Miele if you want a vacuum with a easy way to remove hair.

I have had mine about a month now and have not had this problem... in fact I'm incredibly impressed with this vacuum! I have long blonde hair as well as inside pets that shed and it keeps the house clean from all of us! Also, it made carpet we were about to replace look better than it has in years! Highly recommend the investment!

Yes it does!! If you have soft blonde hair it may not but we have 3 sisters and mom with long curly black hair and it wrapped so much on the first try.

Had it for a month and yes hair does wrap, but not nearly as bad as our old bissel did and it's easy to remove without taking the bottom apart.

I have long hair and as a girl it sheds everywhere . I've never noticed with any of my Dyson that it gets wrapped up. The heads of my vacuums are always clean .

Not that I have experienced. I also have a dog and it vacuum's up the hair easily. 
It's a very powerful vacuum and I would recommend it to others.

I have thick long hair and after having this vacuum for 1.5 years, the brush bar has burned through the plastic mounts that connect it to the head assembly because of the hair that wraps around it. We use the vacuum about twice a week and we have to dissemble the head once a month to clean the hair out of everywhere (not only from off the brush bar). This vacuum is more powerful than our last dyson which just seems to make the problem worse.
