It works well on hard floors and carpet. The only problem I have is the suction is too strong for my extra thick area carpet (about 2inches deep) so it stops like something is stuck.
Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.Yes definitely!
Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later. It depends on how large your home is. If home maybe around 1200 Sq feet and couple rugs and mostly hardwoods, then this might be too robust and the stick vacuum might be better. If you have a larger home and will be cleaning for more than 60 minutes and have multiple floor rugs then it works, but it feels heavy to maneuver on the hardwood floors, although it does do a good job of cleaning. If you have multiple stories it’s kind of pain to being up and down.
Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.Yes, there is a settings dial on the front of it that you can change for hardwood/area rugs and carpet
Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later. The suction is so strong it pulls the rugs up. You have to have someone standing on one side of the rug so it doesnt pull up.
Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.Yes. I use it for everything. I was skeptical at first, but its easy to adjust back and forth. I have a dense carpet with thick padding that my last one bogged down on, but this one pushes easily. Ive found its the handle angle that determines push resistance.
Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.Yes, works great on both. Best suction I have ever, in fifty years, seen in a vacuum cleaner.
Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.Yes we have the same situation and it makes the transition between hard wood and area rugs without missing a beat.
Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.Yes. You can use your judgement on whether to have it spinning or just sucking for each surface.
