The bestbuy warranty is no longer worth it. The vacuum comes with a 5-year warranty that covers repair, shipping and handling. BEST BUY in Cape Girardeau, MO is no longer pro-rating their warranties. If you have to use the warranty, you loose the $59.99 warranty on the spot. If they choose to exchange your vacuum...you have to BUY ANOTHER ONE!!!
