The brush bar on the Dyson Ball Multi Floor can gather hair if you frequently vacuum up pet hair, or longer human hair. With regular maintenance of the brush bar, you shouldn't ever experience any issues with hair. We do carry a tangle-free turbine tool, which is our "pet" tool for the upright and canister models.
