• Yes it does work well on hardwood floors to use it on hardwood just turn it on and go. 90% of our floors are Hardwood.

• Hi Ravi, This is Dan with Dyson. The Dyson Ball Multifloor is very suitable for both hardwood floors as well as carpeting. For hard surfaces, we advise simply turning off the spinning brushbar as it is used to agitate carpeting and is not necessary for these floor types. Best wishes, Dan
